Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do you have a brick and mortar shop?
A: No. The "shop" is the spare room in my house and by the end of the year will hopefully have moved to a beautiful new garden office that I am in the process of designing.
Q: Do you ship outside of the UK?
A: Yes. Since the release of the 1991 the vast majority of my customers are based overseas. This has been a complicated thing to navigate with Brexit for EU customers; I do not collect VAT from EU customers so you will pay it along with any customs duties upon your purchase entering your country of residence. As such when you make your purchase the VAT will be deducted at checkout.
Q: I live in Norwich, do I still have to get my pedal posted to me?
A: No, that would be highly inconvenient for you and make no sense for either of us. I offer free delivery within Norwich or I'm happy for you to swing by my house and collect. When checking out; select the local pickup option and I will get in touch to arrange delivery or collection.
Q: Do you offer finance options?
A: I am afraid not. My pedals are purposefully affordable and as such if you need to take out finance to afford one, then you probably shouldn't be buying pedals. I don't want people going into debt on my account; life's tough enough.
Q: Do you do pedal board builds?
A: Absolutely. If you're looking to include an FLB pedal on your board and want to discuss how it will fit in; or if you want to commission an entire board build from scratch then get in touch and we can make it happen.
