Get In Touch

I love talking pedals and guitar gear so please don't hesitate to get in touch via one of the means listed below. I'll aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.

Phone: 07943494552 (10am - 4pm Monday to Friday. Please respect these hours, I'm more than happy to speak to you on the phone but I also have to keep a balance between work and family life and that goes out the window if I take calls at all hours.)

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do you have a brick and mortar shop?

A: No. At least for the moment we are online only. My "shop" is the music room of my house. Sadly the costs associated with running a shop in the city of Norwich and the lack of support for small businesses from Government and Local authorities mean that it's currently not tenable. It's my dream to get a shop in the Norwich Royal Arcade but I don't think it will be happening for a while!

Q: Do you ship outside of the UK?

A: Yes. I've done business with customers all over the world and have sent a number of pedals over the pond to the US and Canada

Q: I live in Norwich, do I still have to get my pedal posted to me?

A: No, that would be highly inconvenient for you and make no sense for either of us. I offer free delivery within Norwich or I'm happy for you to swing by my house and collect. When checking out; select the local pickup option and I will get in touch to arrange delivery or collection.

Q: Do you accept offers/cut deals on pedals?

A: Sure do, but generally only on the second hand items. The pedals I sell from UK builders are on the basis of an agreed margin with a fixed selling price. Doing deals on these could potentially risk undercutting that builder and that wouldn't make for very good working relationships. That said, as part of my mission to promote the awesome work of UK builders I do often run sales on these items with the approval of the builders. The best way to keep abreast of such things is to subscribe to the newsletter and follow me on instagram.

Q: Do you offer finance options?

A: As a general rule, no. All the pedals I sell are capped at £100 so in guitar gear terms they're ridiculously affordable by default. I work to very small margins and the extra fees I would have to absorb by taking on a finance partner would simply not be worth my while. If there's something in stock that you're desperate to get your hands on but don't have the funds at the time I am willing to accept a deposit of 25% in order to hold the item for you for 28 days. Please note: Deposits are Non-Refundable. As a small business I simply can't afford to take items off the shelf for a month to then have to issue a refund because you've changed your mind or haven't been able to get the funds together.

Q: Do you take requests for sourcing specific pedals?

A: I absolutely do! If there's something in particular you want then let me know and I will go out of my way to get it for you at the best possible price.

Q: Do you do pedal board builds?

A: Again, I absolutely do. I love building pedal boards, it's one of the most satisfying things in the world.
