Returns Policy

Here at FLB we fully stand by our products and enforce rigorous quality control procedures to ensure that all pedals are built to exacting standards so that they are fit to serve you well for many, many years.

We are confident that you will love our products as much as we do.

However, in the unfortunate circumstance that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it and receive a full refund (minus any shipping cost paid).

In accordance with the consumer rights act you have 14 days from receipt of your purchase in which to contact us and inform us that you wish to return the item. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. The unwanted item must be returned in the original packaging (with box candy included) and in as-new condition within the above specified time frame. As the buyer, you are responsible for shipping costs.

Funny Little Boxes Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to accept returns that do not meet the above stated criteria.

Should your pedal arrive and not work as you think it should, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the situation. Faults are rare however do occasionally happen.

Should a pedal be faulty upon receipt FLB will repair or replace the unit at no cost to the buyer. In this instance all shipping costs will be met by FLB. 

Should a fault develop within six months of receiving your pedal, FLB will repair or replace the unit free of charge, once it has been ascertained that the fault is not a result of misuse. In this instance the cost of shipping the faulty unit to FLB is the buyers responsibility however FLB will bear the cost of shipping the repaired unit back to you.

The above applies only to pedals purchased new, directly from FLB. FLB can only deal with the original purchaser and upon contacting us regarding a repair or replacement the original order number must be quoted. 

Should a fault develop more than six months since the purchase of your pedal, or if you have purchased an FLB pedal second hand; we will still do everything we can to get your pedal working and back to your pedalboard as quickly as possible. Once the nature of the fault has been identified FLB will quote you a price for the repair. In this instance all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
